Sweat, move, and have fun!

A go-at-your-own-pace class for all fitness levels! Get the class started by moving through cardio endurance, then work on your strength training using a variety of our weight equipment. This class is great for those looking to improve coordination and endurance. Our Cardio/Strength class welcomes those with all levels of fitness– as long as you’re ready to have fun while working out.
