In this Fitness Class we incorporate a variety of strength training exercises using dumbbells, tubing, stability balls, and benches. This fun and up-beat Class is led by a long-time, qualified YMCA fitness instructor. We will focus on:

  • Increasing your health and well-being
  • Strength training
  • Cardiovascular work outs

Community YMCA 2269 Gottingen Street Halifax Monday through Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Schedule effective from the first Monday  in September to the last Thursday in June annually. Registration is ongoing.

Class Fees:

$25 per month or $5.00 drop in fee
