In this Fitness Class we incorporate a variety of strength training exercises using dumbbells, tubing, stability balls, and benches. This fun and up-beat Class is led by a long-time, qualified YMCA fitness instructor. We will focus on:
- Increasing your health and well-being
- Strength training
- Cardiovascular work outs
