HALIFAX, NS – October 11, 2016 – The YMCA of Greater Halifax/Dartmouth is proud to announce that world renowned diversity and inclusion keynote speaker, Ritu Bhasin, LL.B, MBA, will be headlining the YMCA Peace Forum on November 22, 2017.
Bhasin will focus her keynote on authentic leadership and the power of differences, with the aim of helping business and community leaders build more diverse, inclusive, and effective organizations and workplaces.

We’re proud to bring a speaker of her calibre to Halifax in celebration of YMCA Peace Week this year.”
Bhasin is the President of bhasin consulting inc. which has clients spanning a diverse range of international law firms, banks and financial institutions, professional services firms, academic institutions, non-profits and the public sector. She has extensive experience in coaching, consulting, and program delivery across management areas focusing on cultural competence, diversity and inclusion, women’s advancement, and leadership development.
Leading Atlantic Canada law firm Stewart McKelvey has partnered with the YMCA as presenting sponsor to make the event possible.
