Start your summer with a fun, transforming fitness experience!  Our brand new Punches and Kicks program will help you achieve your fitness goals, and begin the journey to a healthier you. Focusing on cardio and technique, Punches and Kicks is a full body workout that will help you get trim and toned. Targeted body areas include: tummy, hips, thighs, bottom and legs. Let’s get this summer started! This program kicks off June 26th, 2018, and is every Tuesday at noon until 1pm for 6 consecutive weeks.
