We recommend that you dress comfortably, wearing loose- fitting, light-weight clothing for our Group Fitness Classes. You should have comfortable sneakers or shoes with non-slip soles which will help absorb impact during your participation. Please be sure to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during class.
For aquatic programs, a bathing suit is recommended but shorts and a close fitting t-shirt can be worn instead. Loose clothing can be cumbersome and restrict movement while in the water. Water shoes are also recommended!
