Big Cove YMCA Camp hosts Spring Yoga Retreat: June 15-17, 2018

Join us at Big Cove YMCA Camp for an inspiring yoga focused weekend – our Spring Yoga Retreat. During the weekend, we will find a balance for those who are new to yoga, as well as those with a yoga background.  Our goal for the weekend is to be in this wonderful coastal location, spending time experiencing our body, breath and mind.

Our instructors will help you develop a balanced practice that will serve you well in all aspects of your life. There will also be time to explore the incredible Big Cove YMCA Camp site to canoe, hike and more!

Shared accommodations and meals are included in your fees. Please bring your own yoga mat as well as a block and strap if you have them. Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the site.

Weather – The weather at Big Cove YMCA Camp can change dramatically, with short notice. Please be prepared for everything from chilly weather, snow/rain to hot sunny weather

Water Bottles – Drinking water is available from various sources on site, please bring your own water bottle.
