Our all-in-one programming is tailored to your fitness goals and schedules. Check out our list of programs and schedules. You can also view the group schedule on the My Y App by selecting the Group Fitness Classes icon or the Schedules icon on the home screen.

To start using the App:
  1. Download My Y App from Google Play or the App Store into your phone
  2. Open the app and enter your email associated with your YMCA membership account. A Pin will be sent to this email
  3. Create your password and start using the app!
